# VulcanVerse

VulcanVerse is an open-world massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) with lore written by fighting fantasy authors. Inside VulcanVerse, players can truly own assets in the form of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

In VulcanVerse, create your own quests and adventures, forage for NFTs, and battle against other Vulcanites. The native token for VulcanVerse, $PYR, is used as a settlement, staking, and gaming token.

### Land In The Vulcanverse Is Split Into Four Quadrants

Each area will grant landowners its own unique look, designs, and building materials. Rich lore written by award-winning fantasy authors will surround each area, and add intrigue and storyline to the gameplay. Landowners will be able to level up their land, unlocking new assets, buildings, and characters (Vulcanites) to explore the world with.

The VulcanVerse is divided into four quadrants around the Palace of Vulcan in the center of Vulcan City. Each quarter is unique in style and terrain types. Players can build upon their land, recruiting creatures (Vulcanites) developing their land, and as the Vulcanverse itself is developed, eventually adding buildings that give new functionality, produce goods, trade with other players and with Vulcan City, create their own games, quests, palaces, objects, art and more. Each plot of land is unique.

There can only ever be one of each plot using blockchain technology. You can farm, upgrade and build upon your land as you see fit, buy other's land and sell yours too. It will be the ultimate virtual world directly owned by you.
